Delivery & Shipment
Free delivery service will be included with order amount over USD100.00 in one single order, for Australia and Hong Kong only. Parcel will be sent in Speedpost by Hong Kong Post. A delivery and handling fee for USD25.00 will be charged if order amount below USD100.00 in one single order.
   
If your goods fail to arrive within 28 days of dispatch, you will have the option of either a full refund or a replacement shipment.
   
Please do not use PO Box as your postal address because your signature will be required for parcel receipt; this may cause inconvenience to you.
   
Where an incorrect address has been given to Pro Parts Company Limited with the order we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.
   
Depending on the country of destination. Typical delivery is between 3-7 business days. On rare occasions customs within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security measure, these delays can be 1-2 weeks.
   
Statutory holidays may cause delayed deliveries; all deliveries will be arranged on the next business working day if orders could not be made within the date of order.

Returns
Pro Parts provides a six months limited warranty on all our spare parts and accessories for our customers (spare parts 6 months, batteries 6 months, chargers 6 months and other accessories do not carry any warranty) based on the following conditions.

If the goods are found to be faulty within 14 days customers are entitled for either a full refund or replacement. Any item may be returned for any reason within 14 days from the date of dispatch as long as it remains in a saleable condition. We will refund the price of the item to the customer. To return goods to Pro Parts please parcel them properly, including all originally provided manuals, accessories and packaging.
   
If the goods are found to be faulty after 14 days and within 3 months of purchase, the customer can send the faulty goods to our Hong Kong office, together with relevant invoice and Pro Parts will arrange for repair services at no cost to the customer. Shipping charges shall be borne by the customers.
   
If the goods are found to be faulty after 3 months and within 6 months of purchase, the customer can send the faulty goods to our Hong Kong office, together with relevant invoice and Pro Parts will arrange for repair services. There will be a nominal cost involved for the repair charges. Shipping charges shall be borne by the customers.

VAT, Import Duty and Other Sales Taxes
All prices listed on the site exclude GST/VAT unless stated otherwise.
   
For all countries outside of the EU, for example USA, Hong Kong or Taiwan - no GST/VAT is charged.
   
Many countries charge duty on goods at the point of import, these will normally be collected by the courier used to deliver your goods - this is a charge levied by your government not by Pro Parts Company Limited and we have no control over it.

We do collect the information given at the time of your order. This information is not disclosed to any third party and is collected by Pro Parts Company Limited.
   
We aim to offer a top quality service at the best price possible, to do this we need to reserve the right to change the above policies at any time.
   
All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance by Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you.

Pricing
Whilst we endeavor to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.
   
If an order is placed for an item with an erroneous price, and the erroneous price is less than the cost price of the item, we reserve the right to offer to process the order at cost price or the opportunity for the customer to cancel the order.
   
Prices on orders for out-of-stock or pre-release items are valid for one week after the order is placed. If the price changes when stock becomes available customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.

Business Customers
If you are a business customer or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes, we shall not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits, (whether direct or indirect) data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury. You will not export any goods purchased from us in contravention of HKSAR export controls.

General
We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
   
These terms are governed by the Laws of HKSAR and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of HKSAR.
